New Construction Phase Inspections

A New Construction Phase Inspection evaluates and reports on the ongoing process of building a new structure. Our Phase Inspections occur at four points during the construction: Pre-sheetrock, Post-sheetrock, Blue Tape, and Final Inspection. By examining the work as it occurs, we can identify potential issues before they are covered up.
